Hello,
If this was paid with paypal it is automatically marked as paid on your account with the £ sign going a darker colour.
If you received a cash on collection for an item, the item must first have been bought on eBay, then it will go in your sold listings. From far right More Actions drop down menu select Mark as Paid and Mark as Dispatched.
