Hi,
I have a problem with a sale which I concluded in March.
The buyer, located in South Korea, paid immediately and I shipped the item, but it took 6 weeks to leave the U.K.,no doubt on account of the covid 19 pandemic.
The buyer reported the matter to ebay and I refunded the payment, but about a week later it was delivered:- I know this from the tracking record.
I thus informed the buyer, who acknowledged my message but has not responded since, despite further reminders.
I have tried to report the matter to ebay but cannot proceed as it seems I am over the time limit for this and thus cannot take the matter further.
It seems that the buyer is reputable, with much positive feedback and a 12 year ebay membership; I can only think that my matter has somehow been overlooked.
Is there anything more I can do?
