 recently updated my debit card details on my E Bay account and bought a smll item, the money for the item has been paid through Pay Pal but the sum of £1 has been taken from my bank account and credittted to E Bay San Jose US, does anyone know why they might have done this, the sum is not important, that fact thay debitted the account without my knowing is important. It is taken to verify your account and should be paid back to your bank again

Was there a code on the £1 transaction for you to put onto paypal?.

ARe there any messages on paypal telling you what to do.
