Because when I placed order eBay send me email we will deliver your order after 3 day and now make issue trapilene is in chaina and you said you don’t no when you will deliver my order and you ask me why I write down you have bad service yes it’s true you have bad service my order was paid and I request you do cancel my order and refund me money back please

We are not eBay here, we are members like yourself,  so  we have no access to your account or to the problems you have, you need to explain them to us for us to help you.

eBay do not promise to post you anything,  they are just a selling platform ,   it is the seller who has let you down not eBay.

One day after your last estimated date for delivery open a case for item not received from the Resolution centre.

Escalate the case on day 4 if not refunded beforehand,  and eBay will step in and fully refund you.
