There is no way we can guess your ' very bad service' please come back and explain in detail what has happened.
We are not eBay here, we are members like yourself, so we have no access to your account or to the problems you have, you need to explain them to us for us to help you.
eBay do not promise to post you anything, they are just a selling platform , it is the seller who has let you down not eBay.
One day after your last estimated date for delivery open a case for item not received from the Resolution centre.

Escalate the case on day 4 if not refunded beforehand, and eBay will step in and fully refund you.
