I purchased items from a seller every thing was good and now when I want to do another order it keeps coming up with this message

• I do not know why as it will not let me purchase any item from this lady
• can anyone explain why I can not get in touch with her to buy items.

EBay enables sellers to block bids from bidders who don't meet certain requirements. Below is the advice that eBay gives to sellers:

You can set requirements to exclude buyers who:

Have a delivery address in countries you don't want to post to
Have a negative feedback score
Have unpaid item cases
May bid on several items and not pay for them
Don't have a PayPal account

You can try messaging the seller to ask whether they will add you to their exemption list. However, many sellers also block messages from blocked bidders.
