Hi sent item to buyer but buyer saying they have not recieved item they message me 3 week later after i had posted to say they hadnt
recieved item it was sent second class i sent picture of postage recipet now they left me negative
feedback after 8 weeks saying not recieved What can i do????
All the buyer had todo was open a Not Received case, it is amazing how many members never read anything on the listing pages.
You should then have refunded throught the case, you would have had your selling fee refunded and you then use the Proof of Postage to make a claim on Royal Mail.
That is what the PoP is for.
I assume you did nothing to resolve the buyers problem so they, reflected your inaction by leaving feedback.
All problems on ebay are usually resolved by cases being opened in the Resolution Centre at the foot of the page.
