I have bought 2 items from a seller and paid immediately with PayPal but 2 days later Ebay says not paid but PayPal says not accepted
What can I do?

Contact the seller. Ask them to check that the correct email address is on their listings for them to accept payments. Ask them to log into their Paypal account, find the transactions, and see if they need to accept payment there.
