Seller no longer exists

Purchased a doll for my daughters birthday on 23rd January it says delivery will be between 12th Feb - 23rd March I went on just now to check tracking nuMyers and it’s telling me the sellers suspended and I can’t track the item as this no longer exists then I went into PayPal to check and it’s showing I never paid with PayPal so o went back into my eBay purchases and it’s saying I paid with debit card can anyone please help me please my daughters going to be very upset now and I’m not happy the seller has stolen £32 from me

Pay pal will have processed the payment but you may need the bank to intervene with a chargeback... most now do this for debit cards. Phoning pay pal will help you know the status of the transaction... make note of the transaction number.

You will have paid with Paypal as a guest using your debit card. It will be a PP payment.

Ring Paypal and ask them to open a not received case for you if you don't have the option in your PP account.

Escalate as soon as you can, and certainly before 20 days.
