You can advise your buyer to get a quote from a Shipley courier.... but keep the listing as Collect Only.

If you use your bank account/ card with pay pal you can enter your main address as per your bank details when you sign up ...and verify your account... but when you buy you can enter alternative addresses. A lot of students do this.
