How do I get Ebay to understand scammers are making a mockery of them?
i didnt recieve goods and have to wait to get my money back if at all. This is not the first time Ebay rules have been in favour of seller.
Disgusting!

If you have opened a case for non-receipt, you have to wait for 8 full days before you can ask eBay to step in and these 'days' are 24-hour periods timed to the second the case opened. When you open a case, Paypal freeze the money so the seller cannot access it. If the seller fails to resolve the case by proving delivery to you then eBay will force the full refund when you escalate the case.
About the only time eBay will let the seller win is if the seller enters tracking that proves delivery to the buyer. The eBay buyer protection scheme is extremely good and all a buyer has to do is understand what is covered, what is not covered and how to handle a case.
