I returned an item ?to a seller ( which they accepted) but they have not refunded my PayPal acocount. I have emailed them but have had no reply. Royal Mail tracker shows the item was delivered. How do I get my Refund?

Hopefully you opened a case in the resolution center.
You can ask ebay to step in after 7 days if the seller still hasn't refunded or phone ebay if its been longer.
