I bought a item but recieved it and didn't than what was described have asked for a refund didn't get any response so I left negative feed back since I've done that had three different people contact me saying they will give me full refund once I've removed feedback and left positive can I do this or can I keep asking for money back first then change feedback

Don't agree to change the feedback on the promise of a refund, you won't get it.
Open an item not described case via ebay's resolution centre and you can get a refund that way though you will have to pay the postage to return the item as you bought it from a seller in China. If you had bought it from a UK seller then the seller would have had to pay the postage.
