Payment on hold, after delivery is confirmed

Please can you release the money owed to me from my items NOW. Items have been received and signed for by the buyer so there is no reason why payment should still be on hold after nearly 2 WEEKS after being sold. I do not go to the supermarket and pay for my goods a week after, this is disgraceful. How can you run a business without taking payment. I fully understand the money will be earning you interest while it sits in your bank account, but it should be earning me interest NOT EBAY. I tell you what I will purchase some items on ebay and not pay for them how would you like it? Now I have no item I paid for the postage myself and now I don't even have the money for the sale so what is the point, I am not on ebay to give my items away for free.

The 21 day hold is a blanket policy for all new and returning sellers. If you have tracking you can speed the process up by adding the tracking number to the transaction, and when it shows delivered your funds should be released two or three days afterwards.

Ebay don't make any interest from the payments held.

New and returning sellers are subject to a hold on the payments but the payment goes directly to your paypal account and shows as held/pending.

Log into your paypal account.

You may have to claim the payment

or confirm your email address.

If the payment isn't showing in paypal and the email address that was used for ebay is different to the one you use for paypal you will need to add the ebay email address to your 'profile' in paypal.

Never post the item until you see the payment in your paypal account.

if you used tracking the funds will be released about three days after the tracking shows as delivered, if you didn't use tracking and the buyer leaves feedback it will be released about 4 days after the estimated delivery date,

if you didn't use tracking and the buyer doesn't leave feedback, you will have to wait 21 days.
