making a claim back for good purchased on ebay within 2 year warranty

Hi, i brought an LED light fitting from a seller on 18 jan 2020.

 

The light i purchased has since become faulty, it was however covered by a 2 year warranty from the seller.

 

I have contacted the seller and explained that the light is faulty and i purchased it well within the warranty and ive asked for a replacement. 

 

The seller has not responded at all although its only been 48 hours.

 

im not sure what i need to do next and would be grateful for any advice.

Nothing you can do on eBay or, I doubt, through any payment provider.

 

Was it a UK seller?

 

Any "warranty" is only ever as good as your ability to enforce it, sadly.
