Hi i would like to cancel my purchase as i was viewing it and the payment went through because of the automated payment system by Paypal. Kindly cancel the same asap!!

To be honest it's not that easy to accidently buy and pay for something, you have to click through at least 2 screens.
You will need to contact the seller direct, this is a member to member forum so nobody here can cancel the order for you.
