Payments, postage new rules 🤔

Hi could anybody clarify this please, I have just noticed with this new payment system that buyers have up to 4 days to pay. Now my question is with a strict guidelines of dispatch and postage times will there be expecting sellers to post from purchase or for when funds cleared?
Its all rather confusing, because it's my worry if you're offering a one day dispatch time but this is not gonna be possible if they can take up to 4 days to pay?

Also what if a package goes missing? Royal Mail proof of postage receipts are not accepted as proof of postage, so with them holding funds, and ebay dosnt always favour the little guy.

dispatch time starts from when the buyer makes payment, not from the time the item sells

ebay will show an item is ready to dispatch as soon as the payment has been received into the system

you won't get the payment straight away, but you will have to post by your dispatch date shown on the ebay orders page

if you don't have proof of delivery and a buyer opens a not received case ebay will force you to refund the buyer in full
