I ordered an item (two seperate orders) which I never received. I reported it to eBay, and have just received a message that the case has been closed. Do I automatically get a refund?
If they Case is Closed you either didn't ask Ebay to Step in after 8 days or the Seller could prove Delivery with Tracking which Confirmed Delivery.
When you open a case it gives the seller 8 days to refund you if they do not , you have to escalate the case and eBay step in and refund you. You cannot open another case with eBay if you did nothing and let it time out.
Open one now with Paypal, don't forget here you have to escalate the case after 2 days and before 20. Don't let this one time out it's your last chance for a refund . You escalate by answering No to the question there.... has the matter been resolved . @belgianchox
