Item not received

I ordered an item (two seperate orders) which I never received. I reported it to eBay, and have just received a message that the case has been closed. Do I automatically get a refund?

If they Case is Closed you either didn't ask Ebay to Step in after 8 days or the Seller could prove Delivery with Tracking which Confirmed Delivery.

When you open a case it gives the seller 8 days to refund you.  If they do not,   you need to escalate  on days 9 -  21  ,  and then eBay step in and fully refund you.
