Inability to contact direct

How the hades does a dinosaur user who has sold various items quite easily etc, get in touch with e-bay to speak/type with a, hopefully,  alive human eing? All the boxes are useless as I need to relist my items after a period away but, as of a week ago, couldnot find any of them. This was within the 90 days grace.  I fear, having had no reply from them that I may, now be over this time period!!

Items are only available for 60 days then you have to start over.

it's 90 days, not 60,

the seller hub allows you to go back 90 days

There lies the confusion as not every seller is using the new "Hub" pages.
