How the hades does a dinosaur user who has sold various items quite easily etc, get in touch with e-bay to speak/type with a, hopefully, alive human eing? All the boxes are useless as I need to relist my items after a period away but, as of a week ago, couldnot find any of them. This was within the 90 days grace. I fear, having had no reply from them that I may, now be over this time period!!
I think if you use the Seller Hub you will find that Unsold Items are available for 90 days, but that is the maximum.
Waste of time speaking to some one at ebay, if not covered by their script you will be told what you want to hear.
Much more useful to ask on here for a short answer, or if you want a lot of information you enter the subject in HELP & CONTACT, much more information but you will have to look through for what is relevent.
It is not too difficult to contact a human at eBay. Simply search for something vaguely relevant in "help and contact" above and you will get a "local rate" number although the service agent will be in the Philippines
Much good it may do you though I'm afraid! As has been suggested the items disappear after 60 days, not 90; no one spoken to at eBay can change that!
Not sure where you get 90 days from ??
Unsold items detail etc are deleted from eBay servewrs after 60 days.....beyond that time any listings must be started from scratch
it's 90 days before they are removed from the servers,
if you use the seller hub you can access them for 90 days
Items are only available for 60 days then you have to start over.
