Faulty Item

 A brand new DVD player that i purchased from a company abroad became faulty after a couple of months and tried to resolve this with them but they only ofered me £30 refund which was no good to me so then they said would send me a returns label but didn`t receive any thing and now do not reply to any more requests from me

They may not help but you could try a case direct with Paypal.  Their deadline for disputes is 180 days, much longer than eBay's.    Log into your Paypal account and click on "Resolve a problem in the Resolution Centre" on the lefthand side.  Open a case and escalate it to a claim as soon as possible within 20 days.

If that doesn't work if you used your credit or Visa debit card with Paypal contact your card provider and see if they will do a chargeback.
