You cannot. There is no email facility for eBay.
If you really wish to speal to a Customer Suppoirt agent, then go to top of this page to the Help & Contact tab. Type your query into the bar, and follow prompts to Call Us.
I suggest though, if it is not too personal a question concerning your account, do come back and ask here, you will probably be answered much more quickly than calling eBay CS.
