Can someone please tell me how to the heck I can talk to customer service without going through a load of options that do not relate to what I have a problem with? It seems its impossible to just send them a email (or I cannot find that option) please help, thanks

CS doesn't use email,

you have to click on 'help & contact' at the top of the page

you can then type a question in the box

or drill down through the prefilled questions,

or click on the big blue contact us at the bottom of the page,

OR

you can ask your question here on the boards,

Thank you, I will click all the wrong things untill I get to an option that is good for me, I will need to speak on the phone to them. Cheers

eBay don't use emails for general matters.  To get contact options you need to use the help & contact pages and enter a topic.  The problem with the help pages is that you have to use eBay's jargon or the search sometimes doesn't show you what you need.

Add a comment to your thread and tell us why you need to conact eBay and maybe we can point you in the right direction.

Thanks I have a complicated problem with a seller and I need to speak to CS to explain my problem, my problem is not listed and clicking on seller options tell me to contact seller or open a dispute but I need to talk to them

ebay aren't interested in complicated problems,

it's all black & white,


if an item isn't as described or arrived damaged, you open a not as described case in the resolution centre,

if the item doesn't arrive you open a not received case in the resolution centre,

ebay don't get involved in any other problems you might be having with a seller.

That is really **bleep**, how the heck am I supposed to get it accross to them. I guess I will have to go through a load of clicks that have nothing to do with what I want, and see if I can get them on the phone then 😕 thanks for your help 🙂 better than customer service lol

even if you do get to talk to them I doubt they will be interested if your problem doesn't fall into the above, what is the problem you are having?
