Charged when a winning bidder didn't pay

The winning bid on a TV I was auctioning was £67.20

Unfortunatly the bidder didn't pay. I waited 2 days then started a "Unpaid Item" report. 4 days later I relisted the item. I have just received an invoice from Ebay for £6.72

Why?

did you close the unpaid item case choosing buyer hasn't paid?

if you don't close the case, you still have to pay the fees,

You are right, I didn't close the case & select Buyer didn't pay. I've now closed the case & been refunded. Thank you for your response.
