I have bought a kids scooter

The item was listed as free p&p. I made a best offer which the seller countered and I agreed. Paid for the item.

The seller is now requesting p&p. Ther were no p&p charges at checkout.

I have asked the seller to cancel the order but no reply

The Seller is not allowed to ask for additional charges after you've completed the checkout process.

If the Estimated Delivery Date As passed & You've not got the item, Open a Not Received Item Case In the Resolution Center.
After 8/9 days You can Ask Ebay to Step In to Refund You.
