Hi Peter, know what you mean about the weather ! Today I was wearing apart from trousers, my polo shirt, sweatshirt and body warmer as  I did not think it was that warm. Of course I did not have that much weight wise to lift off the lorry, I think the heaviest I lifted today was only 30 kilos.

cooling down nicely now but have had all windows open in the house and three fans runnig all day. roll on winter.

It was 30 degrees here today & will be similar tomorrow. Cooling to 26 over the weekend though.

When I was going from town to the health club to go for my swim at 9am, the car was telling me that it was 25 degrees then.  About an hour later, it was 29 degrees and it's just got hotter as the day's gone on.  I'm absolutely shattered 'cos the heat is taking so much out of me.  I don't mind it warm but this is just too much.  I can't sleep when my feet are warm at the best of times but this is ridiculous.  Hot flushes definitely don't help.
