I have a couple of sites I go on but I think I've googled a lot of the free ones. Ed seems to have good smileys and so do you Maggie.

When I can't sleep and need something quiet to do in the wee small hours, I will find a pen drive and copy all of the couple of hundred that I have. You can copy what you want and return the pen drive to me.

that's fabulous Stroppy but what on earth is a pen drive and how do I return it?? I have no idea what I'm doing on here if it gets too technical. Make sure it's something I can't knacker

A pen drive is a small storage device. You plug it in to the usb port on your pooter - windows should automatically load the drivers for it. You will probably then get a menu, you select "open folder to view files". You then have a look through and just copy anything that you want to keep and put it on your pooter. Alternatively you just copy the lot and when you are at a loose end you go through and delete whatever you don't want.

To send it back you stick it in an envelope, write the address on it, stick on a large letter stamp and put it in the post.

Captain - I'm probably going to deeply regret asking this, but if you have never come across a pen drive, how do you back up the data, pictures etc. on your pooter?

I went on a few sites but cannot remember what they were but i have stolen a few,,, you can get them easy like that but i would like to get hundreds in one go but am a bit scared of downloading any sites im not sure of or that would make my pooter go slow!!!!.
