I asked for any recipes for tempura batter recently, well I did 100g plain flour, 100g cornflour, 10g baking powder, and cold fizzy water to mix. It was delicious and crispy and the squid was yummy BUT don't be daft like what I was - put oil in a pan...

I went shopping in the sales for Christmas deccies hahahahaa like I need them!!!we had a nice time, picnic lunch out overlooking the Menai straits, then home for a nice cuppa and a wee snooze...lovely!

Fed up with cold cuts now.

We had cold meat and bubble and squeek lunch time. So a sandwich and cake for tea this evening

We had cold beef, turkey and ham with potato salad and pickles for lunch but we are still full so will probably just have cake or mince pies later.
