I browsed through the "Unwanted Christmas presents" ads looking for something interesting. I came across about three. All the others were "Buy It Now" Free postage ... one ad after another. All these people were sent identical "Unwanted Christmas presents", were they? In one particular case sixty-nine identical items had been sold. So seventy-odd people had sent the same "present" to one individual, had they? Pfft. Every one of them a shop. It becomes meaningless when companies are just swamping the market. As I said, I came across about three new genuine unwanted presents being sold by private individuals. Ebay should tighten up regulations so only genuine non-commercial sellers get a look in, otherwise people won't bother looking at all.

I agree with Chez and MJC. It's churlish. Someone's spent good money and taken the time to choose and wrap said present (if it's genuine, not a business seller!). I hope they call round the house and say "where's the xyy I bought you? There's an identical one on Ebay under your name"
