we've just had it. roast pork dinner, and trifle. Got to use all this stuff up as it's serious weight loss for us this year. I know I've said this countless times but it's a must now. sigh.....pass the cheese, oh this is gonna be soooooo hard.....

We are having, Chinese for me and Indian for OH and son. Not takeaway as it is a bit expensive to get from 2 different ones, as I am not keen on Indian it's a bit too heavy for me. Enjoy whatever you are having.

I asked for any recipes for tempura batter recently, well I did 100g plain flour, 100g cornflour, 10g baking powder, and cold fizzy water to mix. It was delicious and crispy and the squid was yummy BUT don't be daft like what I was - put oil in a pan...

I went shopping in the sales for Christmas deccies hahahahaa like I need them!!!we had a nice time, picnic lunch out overlooking the Menai straits, then home for a nice cuppa and a wee snooze...lovely!
