Sunday roast?
We are having a small piece of brisket that I found in the freezer yesterday.Slow roasted. So I can get on with the ironing. Roast or new potatoes, haven't decided yet. Roasted parsnips, carrots cauliflower and cabbage.

The stitches were all removed today and I was allowed out of bed. Getting there slowly.
