Sunday roast?
We are having a small piece of brisket that I found in the freezer yesterday.Slow roasted. So I can get on with the ironing. Roast or new potatoes, haven't decided yet. Roasted parsnips, carrots cauliflower and cabbage.

..how do you store yours?I've tried the fridge, under the sink, on the counter top but I can't stop them going black!!!I've wrapped them in paper towel to soak up any moisture, left them loose in the fridge,help! I'm running out of ideas!!!
