Just watched a weather forecast and for the north of England and parts of Scotland, it's going be wild and woolly tomorrow.  Just checked the Met Office website again for where I live and the wind is going to be gusting up to 56 mph at 12 noon tomorrow and there's going to be heavy rain as well.

 I know a little girl who will be thrilled with it though .  Sons GF has a 5yr old  daughter & she is being taken to Lapland to see Santa by her Granddad  , they flew early this morning .  What a fabulous treat it will be for her

I would love to do the Lapland trip,,, it must be wonderful and i hope your Sons gfs daughter has a wonderful time petitecalicocat!!. wooohooooo dashing through the snow in aone horse open sleigh to see father Christmas in HIS HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Ohhhh LOVELY.

It's like spring here today.  The sun is going down now filling my kitchen with an orange glow.

 We've been to Sunday lunch in a posh restaurant with son, his two daughters and his very significant new 'other'

Thick FOG here this morning and cold as cold early when i went out to work. it cleared later and its chilly.

It was foggy and frosty here earlier too, but now it's a glorious day.  Blue sky, sun shine and I've been swimming.

We've got the same as you ed.  Yesterday when I was on my way back from town, the temperature was 14.  Today it was 9.
