Im sorry but need to get this off my chest as im panicky already and dont want to get stressed.
I have the new person starting tomorrow where i work (remember i said about they have cut my hours and employed someone for the five that i had?). im worrying as i dont know if they know that the other person they are working with (me) has had their hours cut to accomodate another cleaner or not!!!!!!!!. I dont know if i say anything or keep quiet?, as although i accepted it because i had too im still very ANGRY!!!. My boss is bringing them in and he wants me to tell them what to do which i think is a B****Y CHEEK!!!. One of my friends said "dont be horrible to them as its not their fault". I know this and i do not want to be nasty to anyone but im frightenened my anger will boil over. I just need some honest advice and i know im still lucky to have the job which i have said before. Its nothing to do with my work i have been told im a very good cleaner but im just paranoid they are trying to push me out of my job. How would others handle this?. I dont mean to go on but its worrying me today.

Deep breaths, bite your tongue & get on with the work. Nothing good will come out of creating bad feelings.........or just explode & tell them what you feel!

Stay calm & dont say a word , as your friend says its not the new persons fault.
Also they may already know they have taken your hours & feel just as bad about it all but need the work .

I remember when I asked my boss if she can extend my hourse as I needed a full time job quite urgently rent increase and such and she told me that she can`t though a new person was given the full time position that I needed after 2 weeks of training 😞 and did not even know how to do things properly and was asking me... ehhhh

Since you have accepted this you need to get on and do your job exactly as you are required to do. Whatever your feelings you need to treat the new person politely. I would be polite, very, if your boss has told you to show her what to do then do so - once, then answer only specific queries. This is an odd situation and i would be betting the new cleaner is related to or being done a favour by your boss or their boss. So keep your nose clean and see what you can find out.
Me I would have taken advice long since.

Nobody turned up today but yes i agree with your advice. I know she is a friend of another employer but to be fair my boss did ask me if i knew anyone first and i did not so. No im just going to keep shtum and get on with my job.

I did say i did not agree with it first off when he told and he said it was going to go ahead whatever. Also when i was first employed my hours were lower so i know they are going to say that its just going back to what it was when i was first employed.
Im going to look for something else in the new year as i have to push myself anyway to have a change so then i can say up yours at the right time. Til then i bite my tongue.

Lady came in today and she looks quite ok, not a bolshy type or anything which i was worrying about. Think its going to be ok. I just get the feeling the company wants to get more work done with less hours out of people. Or two hands for the same amount of hours. And im sorry but there is more employing of people coming in from overseas who will do anything for a pittance of a wage!!. So i think companies are pouncing on them and employing them especially in cleaning contracts!!!.
