Just watched a weather forecast and for the north of England and parts of Scotland, it's going be wild and woolly tomorrow.  Just checked the Met Office website again for where I live and the wind is going to be gusting up to 56 mph at 12 noon tomorrow and there's going to be heavy rain as well.

oooh yuk! haven't seen what we are getting yet. but we are off tomorrow so we can stop in. I was hoping that OH could put up our Christmas lights tomorrow, ah maybe not then......

The gritters have been out tonight where I live In S.Wales. Supposed to be -2 tonight but by 9 AM  it will be 7 degrees according to met office.

Just checked the Met Office website for Llandudno CB and your weather for tomorrow is pretty much the same as ours.  Wales and north west England have a yellow weather warning for tomorrow.  Hope that it's not as bad as they have forecast.  Mind you, it's cold here at the moment and there is a bit of a breeze about.

I saw the USA forecast in the early hours , they have blizzards and heavy snow right down the whole country, well, not Florida...worst weather for years they said. We tend to get it about a week later.........so maybe this weekend is just a small taster.

Hope we don't get snow as I can't stand the stuff.  I have a doctor's appointment on the 12th December and a hospital appointment on the 27th December.  In between that, I have to take my mum to the hospital on the 19th December.  If it's bad, I think that it will be taxi jobs.  

It's blowing a gale here at the moment and it's set to get stronger.

Forecast gales for the East Coast and warnings to stay away from sea walls etc. It's getting very windy now; it's bin day and peoples bin are blowing over. Bring on the SNOW............. :

I have just come back from tropical north Queensland. I'ts nice to be home ............but it's soooooooooo cold.

It's only a little breezy here at the moment but they say by eight o'clock tonight it will be bad.  There are 20 flood warnings out and the say it'll be the worst for 30 years.  I hope we don't lose the electricity.

Its  very windy here in the East Midlands stuff blowing about the garden ive had to go out twice now to rescue my plant pots & next doors !

Not hugely good on the NE coast of Scotland!  All bridges shut, all trains stopped, haven'y seen a bus for a goodly while.  Woke about 3am to horrendous winds but they seem to be coming in gusts now, unfortunately they are bringing snow with them.  Well we wouldn't live anywhere else so you take the rough with the smooth.  It has been a beautiful summer so this is payback time!!!

I had the old wooly hat on this morning after hearing it was going to be windy and cold. The wind was not there this morning but has picked up now.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Does anyone know if we will get SNOW in the SOUTH EAST??????????. YAYYYYYYYY I HOPE SO I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Blowing a hooly here today but no rain thank goodness, chily wind though.  minus 3 when I went to work but warmed up (if you can call it that) later, now 11 degrees, but not so as you would notice.

Everyone on the east coast from the north to the south take care, as just watching the news it says a storm surge is coming, worse since 1953, hope it doesn't happen for you.

It blowing a gale and pouring down here (Merseyside) and it's bitterly cold.  The wind's so bad that it blew the greenhouse door open.

I was woken quite early by gale force winds. Then the torrential rain started, blown horizontally by the wind.

Mid morning, the wind seemed to drop and we thought everything was drying up. Errrr - since then we've had two lots of hailstones and some sleety snow. Also bitterly cold, but luckily I'm on a day off today, so I've stayed in and written all my Christmas cards and wrapped a few pressies.
