Watching on BBC2 and I all I want is a slice of cake now

I watched last nights. That flaky pastry must be a nightmare, i have never attempted it myself or the Choux Pastry. Some of them were yukkkkk they gave it a good go though. I thought Glenn was going to go awwwww. All girls now.

I've not baked in years but love watching the Great British Bake-Off.  I think that Glenn deserved to go off last night.

Christine was off tonight and Ruby was star baker.  I hope that Ruby wins the whole thing because I like her.

AWWWW i was crying with them at the end. that vegetable cake was a weird one. I have never heard of Vegetable cake except a Carrot Cake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.    That Guitar was Gorgeous but awful inside. Ruby is great yes she should win i think.

 Ruby has been a simpering sally from the start, in our house we cheer every time she says "winging in/exams/its horrible" like a drinking game, 

if paul hollywood thought from above his waist it might be a fairer competition

last night she under proved her loaf, made a mediocre dacquoise, and mary berry specifically  said we are looking for more than a carrot cake, had the rest made carrot cake they would have all sailed through

her "show stopper" was pretty poor compared to the rest

and she STILL go baker of the week???

i'd like to have kept christine and got rid of  frances - it is her thats allfancy decor isnt it,

this series i havent really strongly fancied any of them, last y ear there were 3 i rooted  for

Paul Hollywood split from his wife of 15 years after having a fling with his American co-presenter.

He now says it was all a big mistake!

So goodness knows where his mind is!

I agree though Mary should give him a good talking to!

I do wish Ruby would stop saying "Oh its awful" etc, its getting really boring now!.......And her garden shed last night was well squint!

and the comments below them all seem to agree

with an overwhelming "if Ruby wins its a fix"

i know the contestants are there to win and must be of a good level

but Mr Hollywoods ego has taken over heh entire show

Here is another "non Ruby" fan.  I feel there is a bias against Kimberley.  She should have been star baker last night and another week when Ruby won.  I felt Ruby's showstopper was very amateurish looking, whereas Kimberley's was gorgeous.
