Advice please ..... when to send the Card? - because surely not ideal arriving on 'the day'!
Should I write something on the envelope to indicate what it is, so they open their cards together?
Who to address it to? (As they are not Mr. & Mrs yet)
Do I just address the card to my friend, but write both their names inside?
Seems so simple, yet as me baffled!!
Thanks,
Amethyst

I would try and send it so that it arrives a couple of days before the wedding.....
I'm sure they will realise what it is as most wedding cards seem to have 'wedding-y' envelopes and they will be expecting cards to arrive for the event anyway..
I've addressed evelopes to both the bride and groom...Mr E. Smith and Miss A Jones..and then the address of whichever person you know best..if that makes sense
I don't know if any of this is right but it's what I've done and everything has gone smoothly ...I'm sure others have done it differently with the same good outcome....

i sent my cousin one the other year to mr and mrs ** *****
i couldnt make the wedding but when i saw them later on they said they remembered my card as it was the first they receieved to their married name
others had sent cards early too but addressed differently, some just their christian names
i sent mine about 2or 3 wk before the wedding

Hello Twishy and Towery, Many thanks for the advice and suggestions from you both. Makes good sense, and helped me feel more sure of what to do.
