Morning, was looking for it when you posted, Momma. Got to page 5 and still couldn't find it LOL.
OH says it should be dry for us today - guess who'll be getting the soggy washing in then?.
Son back to college, daughter has her first inset day!!.

Sorry not been able to get back here since Friday to say thank you all for the gifs and good wishes for Master A's birthday, which he really appreciated, and to say hope Granny and Bunnys day went with a swing too.
We got back from a lovely day out Thursday night to find the drains had been overwhelmed and the back of the house flooded, and the leak at the storage unit had also become a flood. Everything that had been salvaged from last time in the unit has been hit, and most of the work done on the back of the house now needs re-doing which is just very depressing. I did get a flat full of sympathetic and helpful firemen for my trouble though, and I'm not being charged but we've had to vacate again and the timing's disasterous.
Good news is Master A went to a trade sound/lighting show (his choice of birthday treat) and apart from doing very well on the normal freebies front, someone was very impressed with what he was doing on their equipment and he's been offered a place on an industry training session to learn more and they'll lower the normal age restriction and not charge.
We got to the end of the first week of home schooling shattered and still are, so will be interesting to see if we can keep up with the pace this week. Grandaughter goes back to school today which will help.
Granny hope you had a really lovely party last night and the puff to blow out seventy candles! 🙂

Morning, better late than never. Daughter walked up to the bus stop for a bus half-an-hour earlier than she needs so her friend wouldn't have to wait in the rain for her in her new dark blue jeans, a skimpy T-shirt and a pair of (non-genuine I hasten to add)Ugg boots - teenagers!!!.
Apparently 'tis my fault that son has retired to bed with a migraine, according to both OH and son!.X-(

It's grey here and we're all looking a bit anxiously at the sky but we’re sandbagged and tarpaulined up thanks to a very kind chap, and just have to clear up and start yet another attempted insurance claim for the storage unit.Towery Now there's a saying I've not heard in an awfully long time. My teen is busy experimenting with his guitar against a background of continuous pnumatic drilling and shouting from the estate regeneration works. He reckons there might be an arts council grant in it somewhere!

Herbs it’s a pain in the backside but at least this time we might get the work done properly now that it’s been proved cowboy jobs just instantly collapse.
Andles lovely to see you, really glad you’ve got a job you like, can you get Dooley in there, you could start riots. PS peppermint oil or lotion really does help overstood on feet.

Tried retiring to bed - they just go up the pub!!. Daughter expected breakfast cooking at 10.30 yesterday and gobbed off when I said NO(was working), OH said no as well and then took her out for brekkie and then complained about the cost!!. Headache anyone - it's free to a good home.

Morning all pouring with rain again here as usual.
Arty we had a fantastic evening on Sunday really memorable . Daughter went to so much trouble and all the house was decorated with balloons and banners. The twins went home with a car full of balloons with 70 on them LOL. They helped me blow out the candles and of course they had to be relit so they could do it again but there weren't 70!
Floaty glad you don't have to wait long now for your stsitches out. Enjoy the rest while you can.
