Good morning all sunny here and a nice blue sky it is supposed to last until the weekend.
Floaty you will have to charge for people to come and look when it is all finished.
Arty hope your ankles are ok and you get sorted soon with your flat.
I haven't heard from Nellie for a couple of weeks I must contact here and find out what is happening.
Gp thanks for the tip I do that when I go out for a meal but I am trying to lose weight so try not to have too much sweet stuff at home. I just can't shift the weight though.

G/P sorry, am sort of fine, but exhausted, and am going for kill or cure later (when we've finished lessons) by getting in the car and heading to Cornwall for the weekend, courtesy of someone who needs something personally delivered. Hopefully all those big skies will recharge the batteries.
(bad luck on Granny not having a piano! :-D)

Granny, swimming (or in my case floating with thrashing limb movements) is the best one I know for turning fat to muscle for 'those of us who can forget vigorous excercise' 🙂 It doesn't shift on it's own though I swear it accumulates without assistance! If you can't face pools full of t'public, there might be a retired swim, or disabled swim group you can get in to. (Generaly very aware non judgemental groups)

and he normally remembers in a jiffy

webt out just after 7

there was fog on the journey down the coast
then sun got a bit highter, then the fog eolled in again as we were coming home, atm is a bit cloudy looking here

so all i need issnow and a haetwave and i think we would have had the british weather all on one day

I had a lie in this morning as we went to Morbi's for dinner last night and had rather a late night.

Morning all we were up early today as Grandaughter was here at 8.15 she was going to a conference just around the corner from us and didn't know what the traffic would be like getting here so she allowed plenty of time.
Still not quite light here.
