Doesn't make sense, does it. However since, at KS3, the school is judged on key subjects it may make a bit more sense. Suppose 15 hours is better than nothing although a wooly statement could hide more problems than it solves. Good luck.
In stride, until he realised that(due to not bothering) he had only 2 revision days left. So much in his stride that it was Monday when he realised he had no idea of time and place of exams!. College had organised extra time and seperate room but it wasn't anybody's job to tell him. Apparently there were no shortage of volunteer invigilators:-).

Good morning everybody, bit dark but nothing very good forecast.
Had son's parents evening yesterday. He loves college, college loves him and all appears right in his world. It's still weird, after all these years, to have the teachers telling me how intelligent son is!. Sorry to boast but still happy.

at least we got the van mot'd, part of the steering had gone missing :^O we didn't even notice
the general stress levels are at maximum now its not much fun been me
