That's one job I could never do without getting so upset. I don't know how anyone could harm children.
If Steph did have twins, she'd have plenty of help including my mum and I. The chap whose funeral we went to last Monday has left four grown children including a set of identical twins.

When my son was at school he had a set of twins as friends. They had two brothers, also twins, eleven months older than them. That poor woman had 4 boys under a year old!! I can't imagine how you'd cope. Two 11 month olds would be more than a handful, but with two new babies too, OMG!

My hubby has set of twin cousins both girls .
One of them was born with a kidney problemn but other was ok .
When she was 15 she had to have a kidney transplant, all went well & she later married & had twins of her own . So the kidney donor gave 3 lives a chance ...worth thinking about 🙂

This is why I think that organ donation is a brilliant thing. It can help so many people.

A friend of mine is a twin, I can remember her going for her first scan with her second pregnancy & dreading it being twins ...... I then remember her coming home & crying because it was 😄
sadly one passed away at 21yrs old to testicular cancer leaving a beautiful 14mth old baby behind, that beautiful baby is my almost 6yr old godson who I adore to pieces

What a sad story CK. I can understand why you adore your Godson. Steph is my Goddaughter and she's 23. I fell in love with her when I held her in my arms on the day she was born and I still love her to bits now even though she is married now with one little one and another one on the way. I thought it was nice when she said that we had to go to the wedding both day and night as we've always been there for her.

Hello girls. I am back. We had a lovely holiday once we got there. Our flight was cancelled due to the French air traffic controllers strike so they sent us to Gatwick, via a night in Brighton & we flew out on the Wednesday evening 30 odd hours late! Going to unpack now & chill out a bit!
No time to read back....what have I missed?

Glad you had a good holiday Maggie.
You need to check your anti-virus as you've been sending emails - just strange gobbledegook links.

I know. It's just Malware but really annoying.

Glad that you enjoyed your holiday Maggie even though you did have one or two problems.
I've finally managed to sus out my knitting and it's fine now.
Weatherwise, it's been nice on the whole here today.

I must get on with some baby knitting. We should find out whether the baby will be pink or blue tomorrow as Steph's having her first scan. Will let you all know when I find out as Steph has said she'll ring me when she's had the scan.
