Busy night last night, was working with a different SHCA,she was lovely and when we saw M, who is in charge of training *also my mentor*, she said and I quote 'Ooohhhh she's lovely, I like her':-D:8}

Captain you can hire a comode chair from any disability hire shop. It will be a more sensible height that a porta potty!

We had one, only lasted a few months.  We called her 'The Russian Princess', rushing here, rushing there, rushing every bleeding where - accompanying stuff all in the process.  Was a nightmare scheduling shifts, noone wanted to be on with her.

It will get easier too, becomes second nature, knowing what to, and what not to do.

Huggles, yes I tumble dry and take them out before they crease..lovely!

Maggie, oh my camping loo is lovely:-) it's the same height as a normal loo so we can put the rail they lent me around it and I've got a lovely loo not en suite but en bed:^O

and the stuff you pour in it smells lovely too.

er, there's a lot of lovely's in there isn't there?

Where is everyone? Ginap has an excuse but the rest of you don't! Just had an embarasing moment. I was looking through the stack of books from 'The Book People' and the office phone rang. It was the housing department at the local council. Somehow as I threw the books back into a stack the button on the 'Aliens Love Underpants' soundbook got wedged in!  :_|

:^O probably made their day.

It has taken me three flippin' hours to get out of bed get dressed, bathroomed and into the kitchen to get my breakfast. Then to get from morning room to the bathroom again, back to the lounge, bathroom again (is it all the drugs I wonder?) then back to the lounge againX-(

I've been sat here for a half hour and now I'm hungry again, but I just can't be bothered to try and get up and out again......

wweeellllll Maggie, I could get a couple more on the line until it hit the floor:^O the lavender one is heavenly..

towery..I've got both but as my balance is carp, I use the zimmer I may try the crutches next week when I don't wobble as much!!

Towery he's doing well thanks. First real lesson next Wednesday. His Dad is taking him out for a drive and he's outside turning his car round on the lawn. I can't watch!

At the Gatwick Hotel & found out where I'm off to tomorrow. Early flight to Palma where we pick up a cruise ship & go to Naples, Rome, Sicily, Corsica, Spain & back to Palma to spend my birthday in Majorca.
