i put my washing out just after 7 and i just took it back in again! tis ready for the I word

i should run over the quilt before taking piccies but its too hot so it will be "as is"

what a faff

i take a pic, plug in camera and it does it all for me

my lappy is away getting something done and i am using lollys

i THINK i've managed it

quilt is 100"

and needs ironing:_|

its far from perfect but as a first proper quilt i am pleased

Morning, we have a lovely sunny day, but still a bit cold.

Is this the whizzy who is in Las Vegas?  Seems a bit nuts.

Maggie - any advice - my sewing machine keeps letting me down at the minute - bottom bobbin - thread snapping - last night needle stuck and I wasn't sewing any particularly thick.  It's not an old machine (since Christmas).  It's driving me potty. 😞

My old one was same make (JL), but I dropped one of the screws into it whilst oiling machine and can't see how to get inside other than sawing it open to retrieve!  Thanks in advance.

Maggie - thanks so much - there is nothing worse than doing all the prep and the blerdy machine won't work.  And I have voile to sew:_|  I have to deal with something else this morning but will get back to you.

Merlin - I love it - is it navy blue or black??  Looks like a confederate flag to me.  Well done you.:-)

Some of the stripe pieces look like red zebra fur and some of the stars look a bit like leopard print? :8}
