I wore a dress last week for a wedding .......... I felt so uncomfortable 😐

I've had a lookie - really nice black maxi - reduced to £80, from £220, having a think. 

Maxis/full length are easy to wear Maggie/CK - I love them, but then I like getting dressed up.

I don't own a dress but do have some nice boots. I get such pain in my heels though I can't wear them for long. I have 'smart' jeans & scruffy jeans!

I don't do 'doos' either.  I can't remember the last time I wore a skirt, a dress even longer ago.  I've got some black wide legged trousers that I wear if it's slightly dressed up attire, such as a meal in a restaurant, but I don't do posher than that.

When my daughter got married we went all over East Anglia looking for something for me to wear.  I didn't like what I ended up with and I only wore it the once, then it went to the charity shop.:-(

I've ordered that but in the sort of jade colour. Bit long for me. 😐 and I've ordered the black dress with the grey top part. The one that has arrived is the purple slinky wrap around one.

Maybe if your 6ft Rainydaywoman ........... I'm only 5' 2", I'd trip over, you could probably make another dress with what would need cutting of the bottom  :^O:_|

House of Fraser, the jeans are reduced. The orange ones are £22.50. I didn't see those when I ordered.:_|

I wear clothes to keep warm. I hate clothes shopping & some of my trousers & tops must be over ten years old. I can look smart when needed but just hate buying clothes. I wore skirts when I was slimmer but not now.
