Kissses for poor Numptz's back.  Ooooh it's a sore thing a bad back.  You'll have to be careful when you're lifting.  I recommend arnica gel.

For Stan's eyes only - yes it was amazing - that second VP goal was out of this world.  The old man did it again - how on earth does he manage it?

Lovely work Merc - you should have a wee parcel tomorrow x.

CK - that Broadchurch is goooood - I was so absorbed, knitting away, stocking stitch and you know what it's like - auto pilot - so cast off - cast on - I now have almost THREE sleeves :^O  Who says my mental faculties aren't what they were?  Nuts.

Couldn't sleep because the moon was like a blinking spotlight, that goes and an hour later the blinking birds start! Bit off Mother Nature. OH has his prostate referral at the hospital today.

Mornin:-D

Good Luck Mr Huggles:-D

Cap, I've done the 'Moving and Positioning' course but unfortunately atm we have a resident who is very difficult to maneuver*sp* to say the least. The residents are classed as 'singles' or 'doubles' ie can be given personal care by one person or need two. This particular resident needs about 3:|

Anyway, feeling much better today so thanks for all your good wishes, they've done the trick:-x

What's everybody up to today then?

Morning all.

Glad that your back is feeling better Numptz.

Today, I'll nip into town and then I will go for a swim.  I'll sit down and relax for a while unless my mother has other ideas which stands great possibilities.

Hugs and kisses to all.

Oh PCC thats no good 😞

Is it stress/worry about O/H going away to work if so is there no-one who can come and stay with you for a couple of days or anyone you can visit.................your welcome here anytime by the way.

They do accupuncture for panic attacks at our local surgery which may be an option (though not for me with my phobia of needles).

I do hope someone else can offer you some better advice and will be thinking of you :-x

pcc...I'm sure you know about breathing exercises, if you've suffered from panic attacks in the past. & try the paper bag trick.

& please get the Dr. out to give you something to help you relax.

Take what they offer... it's only temporary.

How about Herbal teas or Kalms.

I wish I could be of more help...perhaps elph may have some ideas.

It's awful, & I feel for you 😐

😞 no advice or experience but I feel sorry for you. After my Dad died my Mum started to have a panic attack feeling, she's a very strong woman and tried to hide/dismiss it but she eventually went to the doc and was given antidepressants for about six months that seemed all she needed. She had never needed them before and hasn't since. Are you worried about something?
