I can't think who you mean capt., but it is quiet isn't it.  I've got two grandchildren here at the mo so that's my excuse.  7 year old will be making her own pair of shorts tomorrow, that should be interesting! 😮

I'm here, I must have the "crochet"  bug today .......I've been spending every spare minute crocheting, I finished off my first ever little blanket & have now started another 😄
I should really be finishing off my Coo's 😐

Yes CK - I bought 5 bags, so 2,500g for £5. Lots of different colours.

Also got more yarn for my preemie knitting, some 100% cotton  and some bulky too 😄

We just had a really yummy meal though I say so myself. :8} Steak with watercress, toms and mushrooms but I mashed up garlic and thyme in butter and lobbed a huge chunk on each steak and it was scrummy.

It was fresh thyme and I used lots. If you try it please refer to it as Huggles Steak.

We have been out today shopping in Derby  , lots of sales on atm so i got  a lovely dress to wear in the evenings on holiday 😄

Ok here we go then ,  it  looks carp on a hanger 😄

Its by Izabel made from silk with embroidery on the front & a belt detail on the back . The hem is sort of gathered so it hangs sort of puffy IYKWIM :^O

Wow that's lovely! Looks very well made with the edging! I never find things like that.....and the shoes you bought to go with it?

Ahh i already have a nice liitle radley bag in just the right colour & plenty of shoes in the shoe room :^O

Is saving money for fwhen i get to the shops on holiday ( French undies :-x)

The shoe room is the  'soon to be sewing room ' once its cleared out except for the shoes they will stay in racks in the wardrobe :8}

Yes CG we are going to St Cyprien , France 😄 not until Sept though & it seems ages away .

Half my family are in France at the moment.  My daughter and son in law are in Paris (I've got their kids) and my son and his two daughters are in Tignes in the mountains.:|

We are going to Paris on the eurostar for our wedding aniversary at the end of October , ive never been before 🙂
