morning ladies!

had no plans for the weekend, friend phoned and ended up staying the weekend, had a great time, nothing exciting really, they are REALLY busy workwise so we just chilled out and cooked, was great to catch up and sunday brunch turned into monster brunch, all 3 of mine were in (unusual after a saturday night but the lure of monster brunch was too much to ignore and returned with various friends in tow)

and the did the clearing up! score!:^O

Manic here despite there only being me here.

Have had medical appointment, made flight bookings for son anf had call from daughtere. My poor grandson has Hand Foot and Mouth 😞

I had never heard of it, but it seems it's a contagious rash in those areas and a bit of a temperature. Meant that filming has had to be rescheduled X-( However that have had an offer after a viewing on Saturday. £20,000 below asking price so they have said no in the hope they'll offer the asking price 😉

CK, when you have a minute could you email that pattern pretty please? 🙂

Two of my grandchildren have had hand foot and mouth Mags.  I'd never heard of it before either, you'd think as we'd had children we would have heard of it even if our children didn't actually get it.  As far as I remember it didn't make them feel ill at all and only lasted a few days.:-D

Morning all. The sun is out here but it feels cooler & the hills over Dorchester are covered in black clouds. I think the summer is over now!

Morning

Summer is hanging on in Suffolk though about 10 degrees cooler than the weekend - IMo much nicer.

Want to finish my crochet scarf later - just one square, the sewing up and tassles to do 🙂

Mags - mine had that when they were small - icelollies help get fluids in if they have blisters in the mouth.

Arft'noon:-D just been for a trip to The Range to get a new bunny brush as Rosie flaming nicked the other one off the dining room table last night and chewed the nugger upX-( ANYWAYS, went for a wander round B&M Bargains and you know those jars that you save money in, the ones you have to break when they're full, well they've got those in for £2.99 so I got one for H to put away for crimbo:-D
