Skiing is for peeps who like to spend thier holidays on the piste (dependent on the spelling of course) or in the local A&E in plaster :^O

Doubt if there's much in the Corfu airport Stan, maybe some Metaxa, I seem to like that!

Hubby's brother has some villas on Corfu.  The kids and grandkids have been there a few times.  I don't 'do' abroad.  I don't 'do' here either.  I only 'do' my house!:-D

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Yes CK was cuddling Imogen most of last night untill she finally fell asleep at about 5am 😐   I packed Mum & Dad off to bed at 11ish as they both were struggling to keep their eyes open & said I would stay up untill her next bottle was due, not really expecting her to stay awake 3 hrs after it though   "talking" 😉  her Dads back at work now so needed to be up early & I know he would be the one who ended up getting up to feed her X-( although I don't plan on doing it too often  🙂

not that I minded as if Mums around you don't get many oppotunities for cuddles 😞  so anyway, I had her all to myself .... she was happy & wide awake, we had some lovely chats & she smiles now :-D:-x

she weighs a huge 8ld now 😛 & was1 month old at the weekend   :8}

Mum still hogs her 24/7 & has not yet been back to hosp or chased them up re a scan, she does say all "seems" ok now!  ........ so I personally think she may have ......"cover your ears if you don't want to read what may be a little TMI" 😛

..... I'm wondering if her period had returned so flushing away what may have been remaining in there 😐 ......  I'm sure time will tell but she still infuriates me so much at times X-(

I hate all pics of me :8}  & hate other people taking them too but I got a new phone so was having a play with it & took this myself :^O  .........  this was us at almost 5am 😐

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Well I think that is just the loveliest photograph of you and Imogen.  It needs to be enlarged and framed :-x  Why do you have no wrinkles ]:)

I was sound asleep when son phoned from New Zealand, they'd all been to Waikiki Island on a wine tasting tour, so he was a little 'chatty'  :^O - betcha I won't be able to drop off again now.

Nice to 'see' you CK.   Back to bed for me.

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

its all the fat RDW, it stretches the wrinkles smooth  😉 ......... doesn't hid the bags under my eyes but I don't really care I'd been awake for over 20hrs 😛  ....  I'm allowed to look a little rough B-)

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Morning all.

I am busy backing up all my computer files onto a new external hard drive

Waiting for the hairdresser to come and tidy up the mop.

Seems colder today (not that I've been outside), but might get warmer later. A bit grey and overcast, so hoping the sun will come out later.

Have a good day, whatever you are doing.

Afternoon all.

CK, that is one lovely photo.

Yes Huggles can you kindly bring some nice weather back with you please.  The weather here is a lot blowy at the moment.  It's also very cloudy.  Just hoping for some nice weather so that I can get some more gardening done.

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

I will try to sneak some sun home tomorrow. Need to buy some of the local sausages to bring back too, they're gorgeous! Taste a bit like pepperoni but they are normal sausages texture and  have bits of cheese in them. When you cook them spicy red oily juice pours out that you mop up with pitta. I've googled and you can bring 2kg of meat products back.....then I'll go on a diet.
