I found some stewing steak in the freezer & now have a lovely meal in the oven. Pity I put it in a bit late as I am starving! :^O

I've just put some dumplings in a hoooooge pan of stew, they'll be ready in 10mins & theres only me n Hubby that likes  loves adores it ...... but I'm willing to share  :-x

we had stew and dumplings the other day, I put four in but I must have gone a bit mad on the flour as they came out like 4 tennis balls:^O

bigger the better for me, I love 'em.

I wouldn't mind a bit of cake meself like......

Well me dumplings & some of the veggies were lovely. The rest needed another 30 minutes at least so that's tomorrows dinner sorted too! lol

We had lamb stew with dumplings on Monday, and Tuesday. Had various meat kebabs that we seem to win in a meat raffle tonight with stir fry noodles. I say we but it was me and youngest because OH is still being a tit!

I have listed our old bed for collection only and I keep getting messages asking how much for a courier. Am I just being grumpy by saying I've no idea and if they want a courier to pick it up they will have to organise it their end?

huggles do not I repeat do not allow buyers to arrange thier own courier as you will not be covered by seller protection and leave yourself open to all sorts of problems with cases being opened against you.

Also ask for cash on collection as it is safer than paypal and you will save on the fees.:-x

I put some things (good things) on Freecycle & well, the cheek of some people just beggars belief!!  Also, the dumb questions!!

If I am giving something away, then, having had 3 pages of email replies, I am going to give it to the person who can collect without giving me grief over its dimensions, or whether it comes with bells & whistles X-(

morning ladies

i made the banana muffins yesterday... they looked gorgeous, all risen and loverly.........but where like lead in the stomach.

i hadnt any flour, cause i hadnt baked in yonks, and the kids used the rest for science experiments, so all i had was wholemeal.

sent hubby to get flour, then realised id no bananas.

breaks into song,   yes we have no bananas, we have no bananas today😄

thinking of all our ailing friends :-x

Blimey, you know when you've been told off by Stan don't you. Well I haven't got time to look for a courier for a bed that's currently at ten quid. I'm having a baking day with sewing in between and, if I'm really good sewing up a jumper and a cardi......but that probably won't happen.
