Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

Morning:-D

Sorry I disappeared, cooked dinner then watched a movie. Wish I was still in Cornwall:-(

Huggles, I did have words, quite a few of them, it was pointless:|

Beau wanted to go to the beach on our 1st day and Sam and Emz were at work so we went for a wander. I said I'd treat us to lunch, 2 sausage rolls, 1 prawn granary sammige and a small bottle of clemintine juice, £11.20:O

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

I know Maggie, I knew it was gonna be expensive but Beaus face was a picture, I told him not to say I never buy him owt:^O

I then had to explain why it was soo expensive:-)

Sam wanted us to go for lunch at the Seafood as they get a free meal each but they cannot use them together so if the 4 of us had gone we would only of got 1 freebie iykwim, and your talking £30 for a main, so i said Noooooooo. I was more than happy to have a nosey around the kitchen and meet the head chef (((Stephan))):8}

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

I think that's grounds for divorce! Have you not got access money without asking him? School dinner money for two is more than £30! 😞

Morning ladies and numpty. 😄

It's absolutely pouring down in London for the marathon and not one of those silly girls is wearing her wellies!  Don't go running to your mum's when you get a chill!:|

We're only an hour away here and it's not raining at all and there's a fair bit of blue in the sky.

Re: THE FHG SEWING THREAD :-D

blimey Numptz:O that's terrible...now you see why people choose to go abroad for their hols, it's not just the sun, the price of food in tourists spots is awful....I take a picnic everwhere we go here as we get caught up in the huge prices too.

it's a disgrace and I wouldn't pay £30  for a main course if me tongue was hanging out.....I'd rather have a bag of chips:|...

and look at the price of them too!X-(

Afternoon All

Lovely blue skies here.

Nice to have you back numptz and glad you and B had a nice time.

We have been to see the Gold post box that has been painted in the town as Wrexham has 2 olympic winners so far and more to come hopefully so a lot of celebrating been going on here especially as Tom James won his 2nd gold and his parents still live in the next village down (local lad done good)

Morning:-)

Not liking the new layout:|

And when I use google chrome, it stutters when I hover over the OP, still says what the thread is about but not clearly, sort of 'flutters'?:| and must take at least half a dozen clicks to get it to open?:|

Ok, who broked it:|
